How to achieve supervision in the free-examination of clinical trial subjects is a problem faced by many clinical trial institutions.The clinical trial institution of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University has constructed a free examination information system for clinical trials,which improves the efficiency of free-examination of clinical trial.This paper introduces the construction of free examination information system for clinical trial in this institute,and discusses the problems found in the use of the system.
