摘要
外周血SEPT9基因甲基化检测在结直肠癌(CRC)诊断和筛查中敏感性及特异性较高,目前有关外周血SEPT9基因甲基化检测的四种算法中,Septin9(1/3)算法灵敏性最高,Septin9(2/3)算法特异性最高。可根据研究的目的进行外周血SEPT9基因甲基化检测的算法选择,满足实际检测需求。SEPT9基因甲基化检测在诊断癌前病变、术后复发监测和预后评价方面有一定应用潜力,尚需大量临床数据加以验证。该文就外周血SEPT9基因甲基化检测在CRC中的研究进展作一综述。
Peripheral blood SEPT9 gene methylation detection is highly sensitive and specific in the diagnosis and screening of colorectal cancer(CRC).Among the four algorithms for peripheral blood SEPT9 gene methylation detection,the Septin9(1/3)algorithm is the most sensitive and the Septin9(2/3)algorithm is the most specific.According to the purpose of the study,the algorithm of methylation detection of peripheral blood SEPT9 gene can be selected to meet the actual detection needs.SEPT9 gene methylation detection has some potential in the diagnosis of precancerous lesions,postoperative recurrence monitoring and prognosis evaluation,which still needs a large number of clinical data to verify.This paper reviews the progress of methylation detection of peripheral blood SEPT9 genes in CRC.
