摘要 【目的】研究Ce^(3+)、VC和Ac-DEVD-CHO浸种对不同贮藏年限沙葱种子抗氧化系统的影响。【方法】以贮藏3年、5年和7年的沙葱种子为试验材料,用蒸馏水(CK)、CeCl_(3)、VC、Ac-DEVD-CHO、VC+CeCl_(3)和Ac-DEVD-CHO+CeCl_(3)对沙葱种子进行浸种处理,测定不同处理、不同贮藏年限沙葱种子SOD、POD、CAT、APX活性以及·O2-产生速率、H2O2和MDA含量。【结果】与CK相比,CeCl_(3)处理显著提高了贮藏5年、7年沙葱种子的SOD活性(P<0.05),不同浸种处理显著提高了贮藏3年沙葱种子的POD活性(P<0.05),Ac-DEVD-CHO处理显著提高了贮藏5年、7年沙葱种子的CAT活性(P<0.05),不同浸种处理显著提高了贮藏7年沙葱种子的APX活性(P<0.05)。与CK相比,不同浸种处理均能降低贮藏5年和7年沙葱种子的·O2-产生速率,其中,VC+CeCl_(3)和Ac-DEVD-CHO+CeCl_(3)处理显著降低了沙葱种子的·O_(2)^(-)产生速率(P<0.05);VC、Ac-DEVD-CHO、VC+CeCl_(3)和Ac-DEVD-CHO+CeCl_(3)处理显著降低了贮藏5年、7年沙葱种子的H2O2含量(P<0.05);CeCl_(3)和VC处理降低了贮藏5年和7年沙葱种子的MDA含量,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】与其他浸种处理相比,CeCl_(3)处理提高沙葱种子SOD活性的效果最好;从整体来看,VC和Ac-DEVD-CHO与CeCl_(3)共同处理对清除沙葱种子·O_(2)^(-)产生速率的效果更好。 【Objective】To study the effects of soaking with Ce^(3+),VC and Ac-DEVD-CHO on the antioxidant system of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds with different storage years. 【Methods】Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds stored for 3,5 and 7 years were soaked with distilled water(CK),CeCl_(3),VC,Ac-DEVD-CHO,VC+CeCl_(3) and Ac-DEVD-CHO+CeCl_(3). The activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX,the production rate of ·O_(2)^(-),and the contents of H2O2 and MDA of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds with different treatments and storage years were measured. 【Results】Compared with CK,CeCl_(3) treatment significantly increased the SOD activity of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds stored for 5 and 7 years(P <0.05),different seed soaking treatments significantly increased the POD activity of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds stored for 3 years(P<0.05),Ac-DEVD-CHO treatment significantly increased the CAT activity of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds stored for 5 and 7 years(P<0.05),and different seed soaking treatments significantly increased the APX activity of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds stored for 7 years(P<0.05). Compared with CK,different seed soaking treatments decreased the ·O_(2)^(-)production rate of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds stored for 5 and 7 years,among which VC +CeCl_(3) and Ac-DEVD-CHO +CeCl_(3) treatments significantly decreased the ·O_(2)^(-)production rate of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds(P <0.05). The treatments of VC,Ac-DEVD-CHO,VC +CeCl_(3) and Ac-DEVD-CHO +CeCl_(3) treatments significantly decreased the H2O2 content of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds stored for 5 and 7 years(P<0.05). CeCl_(3) and VC treatments decreased the MDA content of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds stored for 5 and 7 years,but no significant difference was observed(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Compared with the other seed soaking treatments,CeCl_(3) treatment had the best effect on improving SOD activity of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds;generally,the combinative treatments of VC with Ac-DEVD-CHO and CeCl_(3) had better effect on removal of ·O2-production rate of Allium mongolicum Regel. seeds.
