PASD1在肺腺癌组织中的表达与临床意义

Expression and clinicopathological significance of PASD1 in lung adenocarcinoma

目的探究PASD1在肺腺癌组织中的表达水平及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集2020年2月至2020年8月期间福建省立医院胸外科术后肺腺癌及癌旁组织80对,采用实时荧光定量PCR(QPCR)法检测以上组织中PASD1的mRNA表达水平,分析其与各临床病理特征的关系。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析评估PASD1诊断肺腺癌的特异度和灵敏度。结果PASD1在肺腺癌组织的表达水平较癌旁正常组织增高(P<0.05);PASD1表达与患者临床分期、组织分化程度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05);其诊断肺腺癌的灵敏度为67.75%,特异度为77.02%。结论PASD1在肺腺癌中高表达,可作为肺腺癌的早期诊断、预后判断的观察指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of Per ARNT Sim Domain containing Repressor 1(PASD1)in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.MethodsEighty pairs of lung adenocarcinoma and adjacent tissues from February to August 2020 in Fujian Provincial Hospital were collected.Real-time quantitative PCR(QPCR)was used to detect the expression of PASD1 mRNA in the tissues.The relationship between expression level of PASD1 and clinic pathological characteristics of lung adenocarcinoma were analyzed statistically.ROC curve analysis was used to evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of PASD1 in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.Results The expression level of PASD1 mRNA was significantly higher in lung adenocarcinoma than that in normal lung tissue(P<0.05).The expression level of PASD1 was significantly correlated with clinical stage,tumor tissue differentiation and lymph node metastatic status(P<0.05).There was no significant relationship between PASD1 expression and gender,age,smoking history and tumor diameter(P>0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of PASD1 in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma was 67.75%and 77.02%respectively.Conclusions PASD1 is highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma which may be involved in the development and progression of lung adenocarcinoma.
