摘要
胶质瘤是当前最常见的颅内原发性肿瘤。临床采取术后放疗联合替莫唑胺的治疗方法,患者预后欠佳。尽管如此,多种治疗方案的联合应用依旧是解决临床问题的主要手段。姜黄素具有自噬诱导药物和放射增敏药物的特点,但具体效果仍需要结合大量实验结论。该文结合已发表的研究报告,讨论姜黄素通过介导放射增敏和诱导胶质瘤细胞自噬性死亡的方式来抑制胶质瘤增长的潜在分子机制,为临床治疗胶质瘤提供新的思路。
Glioma is one of the most common primary intracranial tumor.Postoperative radiotherapy combined with temozolomide is used in clinic,but the prognosis of the patients is poor.Nevertheless,the combined application of multiple therapeutic regimens is still the main method to solve the clinical problems.Curcumin has the characteristics of autophagy induction drug and radiosensitization drug,which is in line with our theoretical expectation.However,the specific effect still needs to be proved by a lot of experimental conclusions.In this paper,the potential molecular mechanism of curcumin inhibiting glioma growth by mediating radiosensitization and inducing autophagy death of glioma cells will be discussed,which provides a new idea for clinical treatment of glioma.
