超高强度结构用Q1100特薄钢板的淬火板型控制研究

摘要 工程机械不断向着大型化和轻量化方向发展,其用钢强度级别越来越高。Q1100D/E级别超高强度结构用钢是目前国内工程机械领域强度级别最高的钢种,具有优良的成型性、良好的焊接性和低温冲击韧性。但8~10 mm厚度特薄Q1100D/E钢板存在淬火板型控制难度较大、平直度较差的问题,通过研究钢板淬火冷却相变机理,采取提升淬火设备精度等改进措施,使钢板的淬火板型得到有效改善。 With the development of construction machinery to large scale and light weight,the strength grade of the construction machinery steel increases as well.The Q1100D/E grade steel for ultra high strength structure is the highest steel grade in the field of domestic construction machinery,which possesses excellent formability,good weldability and low temperature impact toughness.But there exists the problem of high control difficulty of quenching plate shape and poor flatness during the production of extra light Q1100D/E steel plate ranging from 8 mm to 10 mm thickness.By studying the quenching cooling phase transition mechanism of the steel plate and taking measures of improving quenching equipment accuracy,the quenching plate shape is effectively improved.
