摘要
以往在连铸生产低碳镀锡板钢种时,结晶器保护渣中的Na+常在连铸坯表面富集,产生NaOH腐蚀,连铸坯经过轧制后表面出现夹渣及白斑缺陷。为了避免此类缺陷的再次发生,有必要开发应用Na_(2)O含量低于2.0%的保护渣。目前国内、外开发生产的保护渣多使用含Li_(2)O材料替代含Na_(2)O材料,但是由于含Li_(2)O材料价格昂贵,致使保护渣的生产成本攀升。通过大量的研究和工业化试验,表明在保护渣中加入BaO,即可达到设计的理化性能,满足客户要求。
In the previous production process of low carbon tinplate steel grade,Na+in mold flux often concentrates on slab surface,resulting in NaOH corrosion,which forms entrapped slag and white spot defects on the surface of steel plate rolled from the slab.In order to prevent the reoccurance of such defects,it is necessary to develop and apply the mold flux with Na_(2)O content less than 2.0%.At present,Li_(2)O-bearing material is more used to replace Na_(2)O-bearing material in the mold flux produced both at home and abroad,but the production cost of mold flux increases due to the higher price of Li_(2)O-bearing material.The results of large number of research and industrial tests show that the physical and chemical performance of the mold flux with addition of BaO can meet the requirements of the design and the customers.
