摘要 S500M钢板整炉探伤不合格,严重影响了企业效益。以58 mm厚度探伤不合格钢板为研究对象,利用金相显微镜、万能拉伸机对金相组织、拉伸断口进行检测分析。结果表明:板厚1/2处的氢致裂纹是导致探伤不合格的主要原因。通过冶炼工艺的优化改进,消除了钢板因整炉探伤不合格报废的现象。 The disqualifcation of S500M steel plate severely affects the enterprise's benefits.Taking the disqualified steel plate of 58 mm thickness as a research object,tests and analysis are performed on metallographic structure,tensile fracture by metallographic microscope and universal tensile tesing machine.The results show that the hydrogen induced cracking at 1/2 plate thickness position is the major cause.After optimizing the melting process,the rejection phenomenon of disqualified steel plate from entire heat in flaw detection is eliminated.
