Research Progress of Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Treating Simple Obesity in Recent Five Years

肥胖的发病率近年来不断攀升,其治疗方式多样但疗效各异,尚缺治疗优选方案,目前埋线治疗单纯性肥胖疗效显著,愈发受大众欢迎。本研究对近5年来穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖相关文献作归纳总结,从埋线减肥的现代机制、作用因素、针灸处方形成及临床运用等多方面展现穴位埋线疗法治疗肥胖的独特优势及不足,旨在为临床治疗单纯性肥胖提供更多思路。

The morbidity of obesity continues to rise in recent years.Though there are various treatments with different curative effects,optimal therapeutic schedule for obesity are still scarce.Acupoint catgut embedding becomes more and more popular with its significant effects in treating simple obesity at present.This study summed up the relevant literature about acupoint catgut embedding in treating simple obesity in recent five years.It showed the unique advantages and the deficiencies of acupoint catgut embedding in treating simple obesity in terms of the modern action mechanism of catgut embedding for weight loss,affecting factors,the prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion and its clinical application,aiming to provide more treatment ideas for simple obesity.
