乡村振兴战略下城乡融合发展研究综述

A Review of Urban-rural Integration Development under Rural Revitalization Strategy

随着乡村振兴战略的实施,构建新型城乡关系、工农关系,走城乡融合发展的道路,成为解决“三农”问题,破除城乡二元结构有效路径。经梳理有关城乡融合发展的研究成果,归纳分析了马克思主义城乡融合理论运用,乡村振兴与城乡融合内在联系的基础上,对新型城镇化战略耦合机制、城乡要素双向流动和城乡融合发展实现路径等多视角研究动向,总结马克思城乡融合理论的现代价值、城乡共荣共生的内在联系、新型城镇化与乡村振兴双轮驱动耦合机制和城乡要素自由流动渠道以及因地制宜城乡融合发展路径,并探讨了新时代构建新型城乡关系、工农关系的途径。

With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,it has become an effective way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and break the urban-rural dual structure to build a new urban-rural relationship between industry and agriculture and to take the road of urban-rural integrated development.Through combing the research results of urban-rural integration development,this paper summarized and analyzed the application of Marxist urban-rural integration theory.On the basis of the internal connection between rural revitalization and urban-rural integration,the paper studied the trend from multiple perspectives,such as the coupling mechanism of new urbanization strategy,the two-way flow of urban-rural elements and the realization path of urban-rural integration development.This paper summarized the modern value of Marx's theory of urban and rural integration,the inner connection of urban and rural co-prosperity and symbiosis,the coupling mechanism of new urbanization and rural revitalization,the free flow channel of urban and rural elements,and the development path of urban and rural integration according to local conditions.It also discussed the way to construct the new relationship between city and countryside and between industry and agriculture in the new era.
