‘漯麦6010’及其衍生系赤霉病抗性和品质性状评价 被引量:1

摘要 小麦赤霉病是一种对小麦生产危害很强的世界性真菌病害,利用抗赤霉病品种是减轻危害的有效手段之一,但是具有赤霉病抗性的小麦种质很少。本研究鉴定分析‘漯麦6010’及其衍生系的对赤霉病的抗性、主要农艺性状和品质指标,发现‘漯麦163’、‘漯麦47’、‘漯麦50’与‘漯麦6010’对赤霉病抗性达到中感水平,‘漯麦49’达到中抗水平;通过品质分析发现‘漯麦36’、‘漯麦50’和‘漯麦6010’达到中强筋标准。对‘漯麦6010’及其衍生系的主要农艺性状分析发现赤霉病抗性与小麦株高、小穗密度相关。经‘漯麦6010’系谱和衍生系的农艺性状研究分析,‘漯麦6010’是一个抗赤霉病、优质育种的优势种质,可以作为黄淮南部麦区抗赤霉病和品质育种的核心资源应用。 Fusarium head blight in wheat is a harmful worldwide fungal disease for wheat production.It is an effective means to reduce the harm by using the scab resistance varieties.But there were few wheat germplasm had the resistance to Fusarium head blight.The research identified and analyzed the resistance to Fusarium head blight,main agronomic traits and quality indexes of'Luomai 6010'and its derived line,the results indicated that'Luomai 163','Luomai 47'and'Luomai 50'had the medium susceptible to Fusarium head blight,'Luomai 49'had the medium resistance to Fusarium head blight.Through the analysis of the quality indexes,'Luomai 36','Luomai 50'and'Luomai 6010'were classified into middle-strong gluten type.Through the main agronomic traits of'Luomai 6010'and its derivedline,it was found that the resistance to scab was related to plant height and spikelet density.Through the main agronomic traits of'Luomai 6010'begats and its derived line,'Luomai 6010'is an advantage germplasm in resisting Fusarium head bligh and high quality breeding,which can be used as core resource in resisting Fusarium head bligh and quality breeding of South Huanghuai Region.
