一种短波发射机自动测试系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of an automatic test system for short-wave transmitter

传统的通信装备测试对技术人员的专业水平要求较高,而且测试流程复杂,耗费时间较长。为了简化测试流程,缩短测试时间,研究了一种短波发射机自动测试系统。该系统将基层单位现有的测量设备集成为通用化的综合测试机柜,并以某型短波发射机为例,设计了一种基于CAN总线的专用测试适配平台。通过将通用化的综合测试机柜以及专用的测试适配平台相结合,实现对短波发射机整机性能以及板卡功能的测试。使用该系统可以极大简化测试流程、缩短测试时间并且提高测试结果的准确性。

The traditional communication equipment test requires high professional level of technical personnel,and the test process is complex and time-consuming.In order to simplify the test process and shorten the test time,an automatic test system for short-wave transmitter is studied.The system integrates the existing measurement equipment of grass-roots units into a general comprehensive test cabinet.Taking a short-wave transmitter as an example,a special test and adaptation platform based on CAN bus is designed.The system combines the general comprehensive test cabinet and the special test adapter platform to test the performance of the whole short-wave transmitter and the function of the board.By utilizing this system,the test process can be greatly simplified,the test time can be shortened and the accuracy of the test results can be improved.
