正义是中国特色社会主义国家治理不可或缺的价值维度。以马克思主义正义观为源头和依据厘定的国家治理现代化中的正义内核包括“实质平等”的正义意蕴、关注“人类社会”共同命运的正义取向,以及在此基础上划定的国家治理正义场域。在中国特色社会主义新时代,应当结合正义内核的演进发展规律,从正义的价值取向、正义的实现标准、正义的实现方式、正义的矫正等方面实现国家治理现代化中的正义维度。

Justice is the indispensable value dimension of socialist national governance with Chinese characteristics.The justice concept in the process of national governance modernization is determined,including the justice implication of essential equality,focusing on the justice orientation of the common destiny of"human society",and the designated national governance justice field on this basis.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the justice dimension of national governance modernization should be presented by its value orientation,implementation standard,operation mode,correction and optimization according to the development of core concept of justice in the process of modernization of national governance.
