摘要
本文通过对罗平县、鹰潭市余江区及义乌市试点调查发现宅基地退出补偿制度中主要存在法律规定不统一、农民参与积极性不高及宅基地补偿范围不明确等问题。农村宅基地退出补偿制度对于现代农村建设及城市化进程具有重要意义,值得我们进一步探讨与研究。
Through the pilot investigations of Luoping County,Yujiang District of Yingtan City and Yiwu City,this paper found that there are mainly problems such as inconsistent legal provisions in the homestead withdrawal compensation system,low en⁃thusiasm of farmers'participation and unclear scope of homestead compensation.The rural homestead withdrawal compensation system is of great significance for the modern rural construction and urbanization process,which is worth our further discussion and research.
