关于大学生村官对农村政治生态环境的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of College Students'Village Officials on Rural Political Ecological Environment

近年来,我国农村地区的大学生村官日益增多。大学生村官具有较高的知识素养和综合素质,在农村基层具有巨大的发展潜力,能对农村政治生态环境产生诸多重要影响:能促进对农村基层治理模式的创新,能推动基层党组织实现完善和良好发展,能帮助村级干部提升自身的行政能力等。本文浅析了大学生村官对农村政治生态环境的影响,以期为相关研究提供借鉴。

In recent years,the number of university student village officials in rural areas of China is increasing day by day.College student village officials have high knowledge literacy and comprehensive quality,have great development potential at the rural grass-roots level,can have many important effects on the rural political and ecological environment:can promote the innovation of rural grass-roots governance model,can promote the improvement and good development of grass-roots party or⁃ganizations,can help village cadres improve their administrative ability.This paper analyzes the influence of university student village officials on rural political ecological environment in order to provide reference for related research.
