摘要 通过浸泡腐蚀试验和电化学测量研究了温度和Cl^(-)质量浓度对Q235钢在CO_(2)饱和的20%(质量分数)N-甲基二乙醇胺溶液(MDEA/CO_(2))中腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,温度和Cl^(-)质量浓度对Q235钢在MDEA/CO_(2)体系中腐蚀行为的影响是交互的。Cl^(-)质量浓度为1 g/L和10 g/L时,Q235钢的腐蚀速率随温度升高而增大;Cl^(-)质量浓度为15 g/L时,Q235钢的腐蚀速率随温度升高呈先增后减的变化趋势。 The effects of temperature and mass concentration of Cl^(-) on the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel in CO_(2)-saturated 20 wt.% N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA/CO_(2)) solution were studied by immersion corrosion test and electrochemical measurements. The corrosion rate of Q235 steel was increased with the increasing of temperature when there was 1 g/L or 10 g/L Cl^(-) in the MDEA/CO_(2) system. However, the corrosion rate of Q235 steel was increased initially and then decreased with the increasing of temperature when the mass concentration of Cl^(-) was 15 g/L.
