Research and Application of New Assembled Steel Grid Cassette Structure

装配式空间钢网格盒式结构是一种新型适合震区的大跨度结构体系,具有抗震性能好、施工速度快、节约钢材、增加净高及室内空间可灵活布置等优点。本文以湖南金海检测中心为例,详细阐述空腹楼盖结构和钢网格墙架方案布置特点和单元划分方法,并建立有限元模型对盒式结构抗震及受力性能进行分析。计算结果表明:盒式结构抗侧刚度大,具有很好的抵抗风荷载和地震作用的能力;结构受力均匀,具有较大安全储备。装配式连接构造施工简单方便,能够实现快速化施工要求。

The assembled steel grid cassette structure is a new type of large-span structure and suitable for quake-stricken areas.It is generally recognized that the assembled steel grid cassette structure has good seismic performance,rapid construction ability,less consumption of steel,increased net height and flexible indoor space,et al.Taking the Hunan Jinhai Inspection Center as an example,the layout features and unit division methods of the open-web sandwich plate and steel grid wall frame were described in this paper,and a finite element model was established to analyze the seismic and mechanical performance of the cassette structure.The results show that,the cassette structure has large lateral stiffness and good ability to resist wind loads and earthquake actions.Besides,the structure is uniformly stressed and has a large safe reserve coefficient.In general,the assembled connection structure is convenient for construction,which can help to realize the requirements of rapid construction.
