低真空管道高速磁浮系统应急疏散救援问题探究 被引量:2

摘要 应急救援疏散是低真空管道高速磁浮系统商业化运营面临的关键问题之一,不同于常压环境下的轨道交通系统,管道中的低真空环境给事故条件下疏散救援带来极大困难。为探究可靠的应急疏散救援措施和救援方案,本文结合航空航天领域有关气压理论,通过分析低真空环境下人体适应性,模拟乘客离开磁浮车厢进入低真空管道过程中遇到的问题,综合分析比较救援时间、技术难度、可靠性等因素,提出不同场景下相应的应急疏散救援策略,并对高速磁浮列车车载救援逃生装置、低真空管道救援通道及平台设置、低真空环境维持系统提出工程化原则性设计建议。 Emergent evacuation and rescue is one of the critical problems in the commercial operation of low vacuum pipeline based high-speed maglev system.Different from the rail transit system that running under atmospheric pressure,the low vacuum environment in the pipelines induced enormous difficulties on evacuation and rescue when suffering from accidents.In order to explore reliable evacuation and rescue strategies under the described low vacuum scenario,this paper combines with the air pressure theory in the discipline of aeronautics and astronautics to illustrate the possible problems when passengers are leaving the breakdown maglev train and getting into the low vacuum pipe based on analyzing human body adaptability in a low vacuum environment.By comprehensive comparison between rescue time,technical difficulty,reliability and among other factors,the evacuation and rescue strategies corresponding to various scenarios are proposed.Besides,series suggestions from the perspectives of engineering design principle are discussed on the issues of on-board rescue device of high-speed maglev train,the installation of rescue aisle and platform,as well as low vacuum environment maintenance system.
