摘要
贵广南广上行联络线位于三眼桥站和贵广南广高铁间,地形复杂、接触网和回流线密集。本文结合现场实际,就困难条件高铁线路架空安装和拆除施工技术进行探讨分析,包括大吨位吊车就位、纵梁横移就位与拆除、机械拆除横梁等工艺措施,并针对性研发相适宜的新设备,包含纵梁横移装置、纵梁起落吊装装置等。新技术及新设备在本工程中的成功运用,解决了站内接触网密集情况下线路架空难题,降低了施工安全风险,并节约成本、确保铁路运营安全,为以后类似工程提供借鉴。
The overhead contact line of Guiyang-Guangzhou-South Guangzhou is located between Sanyanqiao Station and Guiyang-Guangzhou-South Guangzhou High-speed Railway,with complex terrain,dense overhead contact line and backflow lines.Combined with the actual construction on site,this paper introduced the construction technology of overhead installation and dismantling of high-speed railway lines under difficult conditions,including the placing of large-tonnage cranes,the placing and dismantling of longitudinal beams,and the mechanical dismantling of beams,etc.,and a new equipment was developed accordingly,including longitudinal beam transversal device,longitudinal beam lifting device,etc.The successful application of these construction methods and equipment in this project has solved the difficulty of overhead line under the condition of intensive overhead contact lines in the station.The construction safety risk is reduced,the cost is saved,the railway operation safety is ensured,and the reference is provided for similar projects in the future.
