基于影响矩阵法的钢箱拱吊杆索力优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 系杆拱吊杆索力经过一次张拉后通常难以达到吊杆索力设计值,需进行二次调索以逼近成桥索力。本文以安徽省宿州市灵璧县虞美人钢箱系杆拱桥为背景,利用影响矩阵法进行系杆拱桥二次调索计算,将烦琐的调索问题转化为线性代数方程求解问题。为确保钢箱系杆拱吊杆实际索力值达到成桥阶段设计索力值,基于有限元建模分析获得索力结果,并与设计索力值进行比较求出索力受调向量,再利用影响矩阵法进行二次调索计算并进行优化分析。结果表明:基于影响矩阵法,调索前后索力差异由44.33%降为4.81%,指标下降明显,效果显著,可为同类型桥成桥后索力优化提供借鉴。 The cable force of tied arch bridge suspender is usually difficult to reach its design value after a tension,so it needs to be adjusted twice to approximate the bridge cable force.In this paper,based on Yu Ji Great Bridge in Lingbi County,Suzhou City,Anhui Province,the influence matrix method is adopted to calculate the secondary cable adjustment of the tied arch bridge,and the complicated cable adjustment problem is transformed into a linear algebra equation solution problem.In order to ensure that the actual cable force value of the tied arch bridge suspender reaches the design cable force value at the completion stage,the cable force results are obtained based on the finite element modeling analysis,and then compared with the design cable force value,the cable force adjustment vector is obtained,and the secondary adjustment cable is calculated,optimized and analyzed by the influence matrix method.The results indicate that based on the influence matrix method,the difference of cable force before and after adjustment is reduced from 44.33%to 4.81%,and the index is obviously reduced,showing remarkable effect.This method provides a reference for the cable force optimization of the same type of bridge after completion.
