摘要
地铁施工过程中车站因各种原因无法及时提供盾构机常规过站条件或不具备始发、接收条件时,为确保盾构区间洞通工期目标,同时节约盾构施工相关成本,可考虑"先隧后站"法施工工艺,即车站主体围护结构施工达到一定条件后,盾构机优先掘进通过车站,再进行车站剩余围护结构及主体结构施工。实施过程中存在盾构站内掘进与围护结构冲突、盾构机穿越地下连续墙、车站与盾构区间隧道接口止水、车站部分临时管片拆除等问题。本文通过昆明市轨道交通5号线工程土建六标怡心桥站实例探讨以上问题的解决措施。
In the process of subway construction,if the station can not provide the normal passing conditions of shield machine in time for various reasons,or it does not have the conditions of departure and reception,in order to ensure the construction period goal of shield tunnel and save the cost of shield construction,the construction technology of"tunneling first and then station"method can be considered,that is,after the construction of the main retaining structure of the station reaches certain conditions,the shield machine will first drive through the station,then the retaining main structure and main structure of the station are constructed.In the process of implementation,there are some problems,such as the conflict between the shield tunneling and the retaining structure,the shield machine passing through the diaphragm wall,the water stop at the interface between the station and the shield tunnel,and the removal of some temporary segments of the station.In this paper,the solutions to the above problems are introduced through the example of Yixin Bridge Station in the sixth civil engineering standard of Kunming Rail Transit Line 5.
