政府信息公开目录体系建设与实践——以自然资源部门户网站为例

Research and practice on the construction of government information disclosure catalogue system——a case study of portal site of Ministry of Natural Resources

政府信息公开目录编制和公开是《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》的法定要求,对加强政府信息管理和公开、服务社会公众具有重要意义。本文立足实例研究,以自然资源部门户网站为例,回顾了政府信息公开目录体系的建设历程,阐述了目录体系在系统建设、内容结构、分类方式、主题分类、数据同步和迁移、页面设计、搜索功能等方面的实践,总结了自然资源部门户网站政府信息公开目录体系的建设模式,对政府信息公开目录体系研究和建设具有一定的参考借鉴意义。

The compilation and disclosure of government information disclosure catalogue is the legal requirement of the regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Disclosure of Government Information,which is of great significance to strengthen the management and disclosure of government information and serve the public.Based on the case study,taking the portal site of Ministry of Natural Resources as an example,this paper reviews the construction process of the government information disclosure catalogue system,and expounds the practice of the catalogue system in system construction,content structure,categorization,subject classification,data synchronization and migration,page design,search function,etc,and summarizes the construction mode with the characteristics of the government information disclosure catalogue system of the portal site of Ministry of Natural Resources,which has certain reference significance for the research and construction of the government information disclosure catalogue system.
