内爬塔吊拆除施工关键技术研究

Research on The Key Techniques for Demolition Construction of Inner Climbing Tower Crane on Complicated Roof of Hangzhou Gate

内爬塔吊在超高层建筑施工中应用性极强,但其存在后期拆除困难的问题。以杭州之门内爬塔吊拆除工程为例,通过分析施工过程中的难点、特点,针对性的提出了内爬塔吊的整体拆除方案,并给出了内爬塔吊的选型、布设、基础支撑设计和拆除的过程,顺利完成了内爬塔吊的拆除,可供工程实际参考。

The internal climbing tower crane is extremely applicable in the construction of super high-rise buildings,but it has the problem of difficulty in later demolition.This article takes the internal climbing tower crane demolition project of the Hangzhou Gate building as an example.Through the analysis of the difficulties and characteristics in the construction process,the overall demolition plan of the internal climbing tower crane is proposed,and the selection,layout,and layout of the internal climbing tower crane are given.The process of designing and dismantling the foundation support successfully completed the dismantling of the inner climbing tower crane,which can be used as a reference for the actual project.
