摘要
扬州中国大运河博物馆今月桥采用拱形双曲管桁架结构,跨度44.8 m,宽度8.4 m,桥面完成面标高19.4 m。由于最大管径采用D400×30,弯曲制作和组装定位难,桥面与下拱顶连接复杂等特点,制定了今月桥分段吊装的施工方案采用“散件工厂制作、现场地面胎架分段拼装、空中对接安装”方法进行吊装施工。保证了工程的进度与质量。
Jinyue Bridge of Chinese Grand Canal Museum,adopts arch hyperbolic truss structure,with a span of 44.8m,a width of 8.4m,and a deck finished surface elevation of 19.4m.Due to the maximum pipe diameter of D400×30,difficult bending fabrication and assembly positioning,the complex connection between the bridge deck and the lower arch,the construction plan for sectional hoisting of Jinyue bridge was developed,and the method of“bulk factory production,section assembly of field ground tire frame,and air docking installation”was adopted.to ensure the progress and quality of the project.
