摘要 随着四型机场建设指导文件的颁布,BIM技术在机场建设中的应用显得愈发重要。上海机场T1航站区项目应用BIM的三维数字化特点,结合其空间和属性信息功能,解决了项目复杂机电管线综合排布、施工阶段数据向运维阶段传递、设施设备智能运维等难题,为BIM技术在类似项目中的应用提供借鉴。 With the promulgation of the four-type airport construction guidance document,the application of BIM technology in airport construction has become more and more important.The Shanghai Airport T1 terminal area project uses the three-dimensional digital features of BIM,combined with its spatial and attribute information functions,to solve the problems of the comprehensive arrangement of the complex electromechanical pipelines of the project,the transmission of data from the construction stage to the operation and maintenance stage,and the intelligent operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment.The application of BIM technology in similar projects provides a reference.
