增效剂对混凝土性能的影响研究

摘要 以实际工程中最常用的C30混凝土为基准,研究掺加某种混凝土增效剂对混凝土工作性能和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,随着增效剂掺量从0%提高至0.62%,混凝土坍落度有先增大后减小的现象;掺加增效剂的混凝土早期抗压强度有偏低现象,但28 d养护龄期,试件抗压强度能达到未掺增效剂的混凝土抗压强度。当增效剂掺量为0.46%时,混凝土拌合物的工作性能最优。在合理掺加增效剂时,水泥用量可以减少5%~10%,对助力建材行业降碳有一定贡献。 Based on C30 concrete,which is commonly used in practical engineering,the effect of adding a kind of concrete synergist on the workability and compressive strength of concrete is studied.The results show that the slump of concrete increases at first and then decreases with the increase of the content of synergist from 0%to 0.62%,and the early compressive strength of concrete with synergist is lower,however,the compressive strength of 28-day-old specimens can reach the compressive strength of concrete without synergist.When the dosage of synergist is 0.46%,the working performance of concrete mixture is the best.At the same time,it shows that reasonable addition of synergist can reduce cement consumption by 5~10%and contribute to carbon reduction in building materials industry.
