摘要
在关于社会工作学科自主性的讨论中,当前西方学界立足在知识合法性与社会合法性角度上进行科学与艺术范式的争辩,而中国学界则将讨论的重心聚焦在专业主义和实践智慧上,并未能明确学科自主性建构的理论进路。基于此,通过梳理既有研究的理论脉络谱系,本文建构了"知识实践学"理论模型,理解具有鲜明实践性的社会工作学科自主性的建构逻辑,该模型强调普适性理论体系与个人性知识体系均是实践的必要知识基础,需要构筑包括理论体系、实务模式、实践智慧和实用知识的知识谱系,借助专家、理论工作者、熟手和新手四类行动者,在知识与实践互构性发展中实现"专业"的厘清、知识的增长与实践的自主,克服仅在知识维度考量学科自主性建构的研究倾向。
In the discussion on the autonomy of social work discipline,the current western academic circles argue about the paradigm of science and art from the perspective of knowledge legitimacy and social legitimacy,while the Chinese academic circles focus on professionalism and practical wisdom,and fail to clarify the theoretical approach to the construction of academic autonomy.Based on this,by combing the theoretical context and pedigree of the existing research,this paper constructs a theoretical model of"knowledge practice"to understand the construction logic of the autonomy of social work discipline with distinct practicality.The model emphasizes that the universal theoretical system and individual knowledge system are the necessary knowledge basis for practice,including the theoretical system,practical model,and the knowledge pedigree of practical wisdom and practical knowledge.With the help of experts,theoretical workers,proficient and novice actors,this model realizes the clarifcation of"specialty",the growth of knowledge and the autonomy of practice in the development of mutual construction of knowledge and practice,and overcomes the research tendency of considering discipline autonomy only in the dimension of knowledge construction.
