基于DPH260的包装机工作控制系统设计

摘要 随着包装机市场的迅速发展,为了提高包装机工作的智能化,本文针对DPH260的控制系统进行了研究,以PLC为基础搭建了相关工作的控制系统,针对主电机三相异步电动机、直流放卷电动机、东元伺服电机和气缸等工作时,对泡罩包装机DPH260中的PVC供给和成型阶段有关控制系统做了设计研究,采用西门子PLC1214C为控制中心,实现对包装机械工作平台自动化控制系统的智能包装设计,完成包装机工作的命令传输以及在集成处理器中进行包装机工作时的智能化设计。仿真结果表明,该控制系统的应用,明显的提高了包装机工作的智能化。 With the rapid development of the packaging machine market,in order to improve the intelligentization of packaging machine,this paper makes a research on the DPH260 control system and has set up a control system for the related work.When the main motors such as three-phase asynchronous motor,DC unwinding motor,Dongyuan servo motor and air cylinder work,the related control system of PVC supply and molding stage in blister packaging machine DPH260 are designed and studied.With Siemens PLC1214C as the control center,the intelligent packaging design of the automatic control system of the packaging machinery working platform is realized,and the command transmission of the packaging machine work,as well as the intelligent design of the packaging machine work in the integrated processor is completed.The simulation results show that the application of the control system significantly improves the intelligentization of the packaging machine.
