The Influence of Regional Cultural Differences on the Social Integration of Migrant Senior Citizen

在人口老龄化和人口流动常态化的双重趋势下,我国流动老人占比不断提高,他们身处年迈和流动的双重逆境,饱受根深蒂固的原有文化和年老力衰的身体状况双重影响,其在文化冲击之下的社会融入艰难漫长。基于2017年全国流动人口动态监测调查数据的多元线性回归分析表明:流动老人社会融入情况整体偏低,其中心理融入和经济融入较好,文化融入一般,行为融入较差;区域文化差异在负向上显著影响心理融入和文化融入,在正向上显著提高经济融入和行为融入,二者相抵,区域文化差异对流动老人总体社会融入影响不显著,但会使其融入速度变缓。因此,要考虑流动老人群体文化需求的差异性,实行及时性管理、针对性管理和长效性管理,增强流动老人文化认同,促进其社会融入。

Under the trends of population aging and population mobility normalization,the proportion of floating elderly in China is increasing.They are in the double adversity of aging and mobility,and suffer from the influence of deep-rooted original culture and aging physical condition.Their social integration under the impact of culture seems difficult and long.The multiple linear regression analysis,based on the data of the national dynamic monitoring survey of the floating population in 2017,shows that the social integration of the floating elderly is generally low,including good psychological and economic integration,moderate cultural integration and poor behavioral integration;regional cultural differences significantly affect psychological integration and cultural integration in the negative direction,and significantly improve economic integration and behavioral integration in the positive direction.Both of them offset each other.Regional cultural differences have no significant impact on the overall social integration of migrant elderly,but will slow down their integration speed.Therefore,we should consider the differences of cultural needs of migrant elderly groups,implement timely management,targeted management and long-term management,enhance their cultural identity and promote their social integration.
