防水沥青低温脆点影响因素的研究

Study on the Effect Factors of Waterproof Asphalt Low Temperature Brittle Point

阐述了防水沥青低温性能研究的现状,用90号沥青与3种不同原油减压馏分油和6种同种原油不同馏程的减压馏分油分别调合不同针入度的防水沥青,通过测量防水沥青的脆点和组成,分析脆点和组成的关系,得出脆点与减压馏分油的组成、馏程均有关,组成中的芳香分含量越高,减压馏分油的馏程越窄,脆点越低,低温性能越好,可为防水行业选择低温性能好的防水沥青提供参考。

This paper described the research status of waterproof asphalt low temperature performance.90#asphalt,vacuum distillates from three different crude oils and six kinds of vacuum distillates from same kind of crude oil but different distillation ranges are used to blend waterproof asphalt with different penetration respectively.By measuring the brittle point and composition of waterproof asphalt and analyzing the relationship between them,it is concluded that the brittle point is related to both the composition and distillation range.The higher the aromatic content in the composition,the narrower the distillation range of the vacuum distillate,the lower the brittle point,and the better the low-temperature performance.This conclusion can provide a reference for selecting waterproof asphalt with good low temperature performance.
