东莞国贸中心裙房大尺寸混凝土柱湿式外包钢加固后受力性能监测研究

Research of Mechanical Performance Monitoring of Large-Sized RC Column Strengthening with Wet-Construction Externally Wrapped Shaped Steel for Podiums of Dongguan ITC

基于东莞国贸中心商业裙房大尺寸结构柱湿式外包钢加固实例,通过对加固后柱子钢板表面应力及温度开展动态监测,基于监测结果分析施工及使用荷载逐渐增加的过程中柱体的安全状态,为大尺寸混凝土结构柱外包厚钢板设计计算提供实例佐证,同时为甲方“不停工、保安全”及裙楼提前运营的决策提供科学依据,研究成果可为类似工程提供有益参考。

Based on the case of large-sized RC column strengthening with wet-construction externally wrapped shaped steel for podiums of Dongguan International Trade Center,surface stress and temperature monitoring of the steel plate for strengthening column are carried out.Then on the basis of the monitoring results,security evaluation is carried out during the period of construction and service load increasing gradually,which can provide evidence to the design of large-sized RC column strengthening with wet-construction externally wrapped shaped steel.Also scientific evidence is provided to proprietor’s decision of“zero downtime,security entire”and operating of podium buildings in advance,all the research results can be useful for the similar construction.
