摘要
以广州某大桥重建工程为例,结合现场实际,通过方案比选,采用分块切割吊装法带挂梁T型刚构桥拆除总体方案。重点介绍架桥机分片吊离法主桥挂梁、T构箱梁拆除施工关键技术,详细阐述吊装孔布置、切割、吊运方案,并对过程中设置的临时支撑进行受力验算。该桥拆除施工关键技术安全、经济,对环保文明施工要求高的跨河公路桥梁拆除施工具有一定参考意义。
Based on the reconstruction project of a bridge in Guangzhou,the overall scheme of dismantling T-shaped rigid frame bridge with hanging beams is adopted by the method of block cutting lifting,in consideration of the actual site and after the comparison of schemes.This paper mainly introduces the key construction technology of the main bridge hanging girder and T box girder dismantling by bridge erecting machine,the scheme of cutting and lifting,stress calculation of the temporary support set in the process are also introduced.The key construction technology of the bridge demolition is safe and economical,and it has certain reference significance to the demolition construction of the river crossing highway bridge which requires high environmental protection and civilized construction.
