某新建框架结构办公用房检测鉴定及加固建议 被引量:3

摘要 重庆某新建框架结构办公用房主体结构完工后,屋面现浇板产生裂缝,为明确裂缝产生原因并进一步确定房屋结构的安全性,业主委托有资质单位对该办公用房结构安全性进行检测鉴定。通过对该房屋地基基础及上部主体结构进行现场检测,根据检查数据结合设计校核计算分析,针对房屋面板开裂及局部构件混凝土强度不满足规范及设计要求建议了结构加固改造方案,对局部柱、梁构件采取增大截面、置换混凝土等办法,对屋面层混凝土耐久性问题采取面层浇筑叠合层,改造后结构性能指标满足规范要求,结构承载能力满足原设计需求,避免了拆除重建工作,该加固改造方案相比拆除重建具有安全可靠、成本较低、缩短工期等优势。 A new frame structure of Chongqing office premises after the completion of the main structure,roof site casting cracks,to identify cracks causes and further to determine the safety of building structure,the owner entrust a qualified unit inspect and identify the safety of the structure of office space.By means of the upper house foundation and the main structure for site test,according to the inspection data combined with the design and checking calculation and analysis on the panel cracking and local concrete strength components did not meet the requirements of specification and design plan,suggest that the structure reinforcement and reconstruction of partial column,beam component to increase the cross section,concrete measures such as displacement,the durability of the concrete to the roof layer surface casting composite layer,modified structure performance indicators meet the specification requirements,the structure bearing capacity satisfy the design requirements,to avoid the demolition reconstruction work,compared with demolition and reconstruction,this reinforcement and reconstruction scheme has the advantages of safety,reliability,lower cost and shorter construction period.
