摘要
丹尼森1995年开发的企业文化量表是企业文化建设过程中诊断和测量企业文化的有效工具。我国学者在2007年撷取原量表60个题项中43个,部分验证了该量表在中国背景下的有效性。43个题项的量表随后被国内学者大量引用,但该量表12个维度中有11个共计存在17个缺项,缺项率达到28.3%,这给执行“走出去”战略的中国企业进行国际企业文化测评和企业文化建设水平国际比较带来一定的困扰。随着中国企业应对外部环境变化能力的日趋成熟,基于单一企业文化条件下7000多份大样本数据,运用网络问卷对丹尼森量表全部60个题项在中国背景下的有效性再次开展探索性因子分析比较,并用结构方程模型进行验证性因子分析。研究表明:丹尼森全题项企业文化量表在当前中国背景下具有充分的有效性,这对我国企业采用国际通用量表客观全面地测评企业文化水平、有效推进企业文化建设和国际交流具有积极的意义。
The enterprise culture scale developed by Denison in 1995 is an effective tool to diagnose and measure enterprise culture in the process of enterprise culture construction.Chinese scholars selected 43 from the 60 items in the original scale in 2007,and partially verified the validity of the scale in the Chinese context.The scale with 43 items was subsequently cited by a large number of domestic scholars from then on,but there were 17 missing items in the 11 of 12 dimensions of the scale,and the missing rate reached 28.3%,which brought quite some puzzles for the Chinese enterprises implementing the"going global"strategy for international evaluation of corporate culture evaluation and international comparison of corporate culture construction level.With the increasing maturity of Chinese enterprises’ability to deal with changes in the external environment,based on more than 7000 large-sampled data under the condition of a single corporate culture,via online questionnaire,the effectiveness of all 60 items of Denison Scale in a Chinese context was once again compared by exploratory factor analysis,and a confirmatory factor analysis was carried out by structural equation model.It has been shown by the research that Denison’s whole item enterprise culture scale has a sufficient effectiveness in the current Chinese context,which is of positive significance for Chinese enterprises to adopt the international general scale to objectively and comprehensively evaluate the level of corporate culture and effectively promote the construction of corporate culture and international exchanges.
