介绍了在聚氯乙烯生产过程中所涉及的一系列节水降耗和废水再利用的技术革新、工艺改造,通过这些改造不但降低了生产过程中工业用水的消耗,而且明显降低了废水的外排量。机封水和母液水的回收再利用同时达到了树脂生产过程中的节能减排和降本增效的双重目的。

This paper introduces a series of technological innovation and technological transformation of water saving,consumption reduction and waste water reuse in the production of polyvinyl chloride.Through these transformation,not only the industrial water consumption in the production process is reduced,but also the external discharge of waste water is obviously reduced.Recycling and reuse of machine seal water and mother liquid water simultaneously achieves the dual purposes of energy saving,emission reduction and cost increasing in the resin production process.
