摘要
随着采矿不断走向深部,开采强度变大,地质条件更加复杂,造成井下生产作业环境恶劣等现实难题。为了保障井下生产作业环境,实现矿井安全高效通风是最有效的手段。在沃溪坑口矿井通风实施管理过程中,面临通风管理数字化程度低,整体协同性差,生产管理难度大等问题。通过现场测定、数值模拟等手段,对沃溪坑口矿井通风系统中主要巷道风阻分布和矿井风量分配等情况进行测定和分析,为矿井通风系统的后续优化和改造提供数据支撑和理论依据。
With the mining going deep,the mining intensity becomes greater and the geological conditions become more complex,resulting in practical problems such as poor underground production and operation environment.In order to ensure the underground production and operation environment,it is the most effective means to realize the safe and efficient ventilation of the mine.In the process of ventilation management in Woxi pithead shaft,there are some problems,such as low digitization of ventilation management,poor overall coordination,and difficult production management.By means of field measurement and numerical simulation,this paper measures and analyzes the wind resistance distribution and shaft air volume distribution in the main roadway in the mine ventilation system at Woxi pithead,so as to provide data support and theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization and transformation of the mine ventilation system.
