摘要
针对某黄金氰化厂矿石性质,进行了环保提金剂替代氰化钠的试验研究及应用。结果表明:在全泥氰化炭浆法原有工艺流程下,环保提金剂完全可以替代氰化钠用于生产,金浸出率达到97.58%,其浸金指标与氰化钠浸金指标相当,且药剂成本低于氰化钠,具有明显的经济效益和环保效益。
According to the ore property in a gold cyanidation plant,experimental study on the replacement of sodium cyanide by environment-friendly gold leaching agent was carried out,as well as its application.The results show that under the same process flow of all-sliming cyanidation CIP,the environment-friendly gold leaching agent can totally replace sodium cyanide in production,with the gold leaching rate reaching 97.58%,which is equal to that of sodium cyanide and lower in cost.The environment-friendly gold leaching agent has significant economic and environmental benefits.
