构建医疗应急物资虚拟储备中心的思考 被引量:1

摘要 提出构建虚拟储备中心对应急物资进行统一调配。虚拟储备中心的构建使得在灾情发生时可减免应急物资运输到物流配送中心再进行配送的过程,从而减少应急物资运输的时间和成本,并与各地政府及民间组织应急物资储备及现有的交通运输网格融合,研究表明,虚拟储备中心的构建,可实现对应急物资的高效仓储和管理,在灾情发生时可高效地对应急物资进行调运配置,降低灾情后果。 In this paper, we proposed to build a virtual reserve center for unified allocation of emergency supplies, which could eliminate the necessity to ship the emergency materials to a logistics distribution center to be redistributed from there in the event of a disaster, thus reducing the time and cost of emergency supplies transportation. The research showed that the construction of the virtual reserve center could more efficiently keep and manage the emergency supplies, and readily allocate and distribute them when disaster occurs,consequently alleviating the consequences.
