胎侧补强胶片对半钢子午线轮胎胎圈耐久性能的影响分析

Effect of Sidewall Reinforcement Tape on Bead Durability of Steel-belted Radial Tire

以LT235/85R16半钢子午线轮胎为研究对象,依据FMVSS 139轮胎耐久性测试标准,采用有限元仿真分析与实际测试相结合的方法,研究胎侧补强胶片对胎圈耐久性能的影响。结果表明,采取通用的增加胎侧补强胶片方法,对该规格轮胎胎圈耐久性能提升没有效果,该方法的使用需结合轮胎具体结构进行分析。

Taking the LT235/85R16 steel-belted radial tire as the research object,the effect of sidewall reinforcement tape on the durability of the bead was studied by finite element simulation analysis and actual testing based on the FMVSS 139 tire durability test standard.The results showed that the design of adding sidewall reinforcement tape had no effect on improving the durability of the tire bead of this specification.The use of this method needs to be analyzed in conjunction with the specific structure of the tire.
