颗粒状饲料接触参数标定及其流动性能分析 被引量:7

摘要 目前针对颗粒状饲料离散元接触参数及其流动性研究比较缺乏,难以通过离散元仿真方法准确分析颗粒的运动状态,从而开展相关加工机械的优化设计。文章以不同粒径、加工工艺(制粒、膨化)生产的4种颗粒状饲料为研究对象,开展了基于漏斗法和提升法的颗粒状饲料动、静态流动堆积过程分析,结合Placket-Burman仿真试验确定了影响颗粒堆积角的显著性因素,通过开展二次正交旋转组合仿真试验对颗粒状饲料的离散元接触参数进行了标定,参数标定后的颗粒形成堆积角与实际堆积角误差均在1%以内。颗粒状饲料流动性能分析表明,膨化饲料具有更好的动、静态流动性能,降低颗粒表面粗糙度、控制加工成型颗粒的长径比,是提高其动、静态流动性能的有效途径。 Considering the lack of researches on contact parameters and flowing property for granular feed,which leads difficulty to accurately analyze its motion state and carrys out the optimization design of relevant feed processing machinery by discrete element simulation method.Four kinds of granular feeds,which produced by different processing technologies(pelleting and extrusion),were regarded as the research objects.The dynamic and static flowing accumulation process of feed particles,based on the funnel method and the lifting method was carried out.The significant factors affecting the accumulation angle of feed particles were determined by Placket-Burman simulation experiment.The discrete element contact parameters of feed particles were calibrated by quadratic orthogonal rotation combined simulation experiment.The error between the simulation stacking angle and actual stacking angle was less than 1%.The dynamic and static flowing of pellet feed were shown.
