摘要
试验旨在研究不同精饲料对梅花鹿营养物质表观消化率、血清生化指标和饲料成本的影响,筛选最佳的精饲料配方。按单因素随机分组试验设计,将体况相近的30只健康的1岁龄雄性梅花鹿,随机分为3组(每组10个重复,每个重复1只),A组(粗蛋白质20.81%、钙0.46%、磷0.34%)、B组(粗蛋白质21.83%、钙0.45%、磷0.32%)和C组(粗蛋白质17.23%、钙1.69%、磷0.22%)。试验期42 d。结果表明:A组和B组的粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、干物质、有机物的表观消化率显著高于C组(P<0.05);A组和B组的粗脂肪表观消化率显著低于C组(P<0.05)。A组和C组的尿素含量显著低于B组(P<0.05);A组的血清总蛋白含量显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05)。在定量精饲料和不限量粗饲料的条件下,A组的粗料采食量最高;A组精料的价格最低,比B组的成本每吨低10.0%,比C组精料成本每吨低4.0%。综上所述,在本试验条件下应用A组饲料配方饲喂仔鹿最为适宜。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different concentrated feeds on the digestibility of nutrients,serum biochemical indexes and production cost of sika deer,and to select the best concentrate formula.Total of 30 healthy one-year-old male sika deers were randomly divided into three groups(10 replicates in each group,one in each replicate)in the single-factor randomized block trial.Group A(CP:20.81%;Ca:0.46%;P:0.34%),group B(CP:21.83%;Ca:0.45%;P:0.32%)and group C(CP:17.23%;Ca:1.69%;P:0.22%).The experiment period was 42 days.The results showed that:the apparent digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,dry matter and organic matter in groups A and B was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).The appar⁃ent digestibility of ether extract in groups A and B was significantly lower than that in group C(P<0.05).The content of urea in groups A and C was significantly lower than that in group B.The content of serum total protein in group A was significantly lower than that in groups B and C(P<0.05).Under the condition of quantitative concentrated feed and unlimited roughage,the roughage intake in group A was the highest.The price of concen⁃trate in group A was the lowest,which was 10.0%lower than that in group B and 4.0%low⁃er than that in group C.To sum up,the feed for⁃mula in group A was the most suitable for feed⁃ing deer.
