复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗先天性耳前瘘管感染的疗效观察

Clinical observation of compound polymyxin B ointment in congenital preauricular fistula infection

目的观察复方多粘菌素B软膏治疗先天性耳前瘘管感染的疗效与安全性。方法153例先天性耳前瘘管感染脓肿形成患者分为A、B、C 3组,每组51例,均先行脓肿切开术、脓腔冲洗和引流等换药治疗,A、B、C组分别用凡士林纱条、红霉素眼膏纱条、复方多粘菌素B软膏纱条填塞脓腔,比较3组愈合时间。结果A、B、C组愈合时间分别为(15.3±2.7)、(12.1±2.2)、(8.1±1.9)d,3组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方多粘菌素B软膏可明显缩短先天性耳前瘘管感染愈合时间。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of compound polymyxin B(CPB)ointment in congenital preauricular fistula infection(CPFI).Methods A total of 153 patients with CPFI and abscess underwent incision,drainage and dressing change with vaseline(group A),erythromycin eye ointment(group B)or CPB ointment(group C).The healing time was compared among 3 groups.Results The healing time was(15.3±2.7),(12.1±2.2),(8.1±1.9)days in groups A,B and C,respectively,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound polymyxin B ointment can shorten the healing time of congenital preauricular fistula infection.
