急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响

目的探讨急诊护理干预对心肺复苏后患者康复效果的影响。方法将我院2017年1月至2019年2月的100例心肺复苏后患者,随机分组,基础护理干预组对于心肺复苏后患者给予基础护理干预,急诊护理干预组对于心肺复苏后患者开展急诊护理干预。比较效果。结果急诊护理干预组的心肺复苏的康复总有效是50例(100.00%),基础护理干预组则是41例(82.00%),P<0.05;急诊护理干预组的焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、神经功能缺损评分、格拉斯哥昏迷评分、二氧化碳分压、氧分压等指标均优于基础护理干预组,P<0.05;急诊护理干预组患者生命体征平稳的时间、住院时间优于基础护理干预组,P<0.05;急诊护理干预组的并发症总发生率低于基础护理干预组,P<0.05;针对SF-36评分,急诊护理干预组干预后(86.25±3.14)分,比基础护理干预组(79.58±3.92)分高,P<0.05;针对护理满意度,急诊护理干预组98.00%,比基础护理干预组86.00%高,P<0.05。结论心肺复苏后患者实施急诊护理干预效果确切,可缩短住院时间,加速患者生命体征稳定,促进血气、神经功能与生活质量等改善,减轻患者心理负担,减少不良反应。

Objective To explore the influence of emergency nursing intervention on the rehabilitation effect of patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods One hundred patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were randomly assigned.The basic nursing intervention group provided basic nursing intervention to patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation,while the emergency nursing intervention group provided emergency nursing intervention to patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Compare the effect.Results The rehabilitation effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the emergency nursing intervention group was 50 cases(100.00%),and the basic nursing intervention group was 41 cases(82.00%),P<0.05;the emergency nursing intervention group's anxiety self-rating scale score and depression self-evaluation scale score,neurological deficit score,Glasgow coma score,carbon dioxide partial pressure,oxygen partial pressure and other indicators are better than the basic nursing intervention group,P<0.05;the emergency nursing intervention group patients'vital signs stable time and hospital stay are better than the basic nursing intervention group Nursing intervention group,P<0.05;the total incidence of complications in the emergency nursing intervention group was lower than that of the basic nursing intervention group,P<0.05;for the SF-36 score,the emergency nursing intervention group had(86.25±3.14)points after intervention,compared with the basic The nursing intervention group(79.58±3.92)had a high score,P<0.05;for nursing satisfaction,98.00%of the emergency nursing intervention group was higher than 86.00%of the basic nursing intervention group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of emergency nursing intervention after cardiopulmonary resuscitation is definite,which can shorten the hospitalization time,accelerate the stabilization of patients'vital signs,promote the improvement of blood gas,nerve function and quality of life,reduce the psychological burden of patients and reduce adverse reactions.
