CD_(31)、CD_(105)及PTEN在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床病理意义

Expression of CD_(31),CD_(105) and PTEN in Cervical Cancer and Their Clinicopathological Significance

目的探讨血小板内皮细胞黏附分子(PECAM-1/CD_(31))、内皮糖蛋白抗体(CD_(105))及PTEN(PTEN)在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床病理意义。方法选择2018年4月至2020年5月就诊的58例宫颈癌患者和60例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,分析CD_(31)、CD_(105)及PTEN在宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中的表达水平。结果宫颈癌组织中CD_(31)、CD_(105)标记的MVD值显著高于子宫肌瘤正常宫颈组织,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。宫颈癌、子宫肌瘤患者宫颈组织的PTEN阳性表达率为46.55%、100.00%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期宫颈癌患者的CD_(31)标记MVD值相对更高(P<0.05)。临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期以及发生淋巴结转移患者的CD_(105)标记MVD值相对更高(P<0.05),临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期以及发生淋巴结转移患者的阳性表达率相对更高(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌的临床诊断中,根据CD_(31)、CD_(105)及PTEN表达水平的检测结果,能够及时、准确的判断疾病的发生、进展情况,进而为临床治疗工作的开展提供有价值的参考。

Objective To investigate Platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1(PECAM-1/CD_(31))and endothelial glycoprotein antibody Expression of phosphor,(CD_(105))and phosphate and tensin homology edleted on chromose ten(PTEN)in cervical cancer and its clinicopathological significance.Methods A total of 58 patients with cervical cancer and 60 patients with hysteromyoma were studied.The expression levels of CD_(31),CD_(105) and PTEN in cervical cancer and normal cervical tissues were analyzed.Results The MVD values of CD_(31) and CD_(105) in cervical cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal cervical tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of PTEN in cervical tissues of patients with cervical cancer and hysteromyoma were 46.55%and 100.00%,with significant difference(P<0.05).The MVD value of CD_(31) marker in patients with stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ cervical cancer was relatively higher(P<0.05).The MVD value of CD_(105) marker was relatively higher in patients with clinical stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate was relatively higher in patients with clinical stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of cervical cancer,the detection results of CD_(31),CD_(105) and PTEN expression can timely and accurately judge the occurrence and progress of the disease,so as to provide valuable reference for the development of clinical treatment.
