综合护理干预对胆囊结石腹腔镜手术患者术后疼痛及舒适度的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain and Comfort of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery for Gallbladder Stones

目的研究将综合护理应用在胆囊结石经腹腔镜手术治疗的患者中对患者术后疼痛和舒适度等相关指标产生的影响。方法对2019年1月至2021年5月来我院经腹腔镜手术治疗的72例胆囊结石患者随机分为观察组与对照组,均36例。分别对两组患者实施综合护理和常规护理,比较不同护理后患者的舒适度和疼痛等相关指标。结果观察组护理以后的舒适度(97.22%)明显比对照组(69.44%)更高(P<0.05);观察组术后引流时间、排气时间、疼痛评分、住院时间都明显比对照组少(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率(5.56%)明显比对照组(33.33%)更低(P<0.05);观察组患者术后的SAS评分、SDS评分、QOL评分明显比对照组改善更好(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度(94.44%)明显比对照组(63.89%)更高(P<0.05)。结论经过腹腔镜手术治疗的胆囊结石患者实施综合护理可以有效的提升患者的舒适度和满意度,减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症出现的概率,改善患者的不良情绪和生活质量,促进患者的康复,值得推荐。

Objective The effect of comprehensive nursing care on pain and comfort in patients undergoing laparoscopic treatment of gallbladder stones.Methods All 72 patients with gallbladder stones who came to our hospital for laparoscopic treatment from January 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.Implement comprehensive care and routine care separately,and compare the effects.Results The observation group had significantly higher comfort(97.22%)after nursing than the control group(69.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group had surgery Post-drainage time,exhaust time,pain score,and hospital stay were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperative complications occurred in the observation group(5.56%)the rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).The SAS score,SDS score,and QOL score of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the observation group(94.44%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.89%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients with gallbladder stones treated by laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,reduce postoperative pain,reduce the probability of complications,improve the patients'bad mood and quality of life,and promote the recovery of patients,recommended.
