协同护理模式对间质性肺病激素治疗患者自我护理能力的影响

Effect of Collaborative Nursing Model on the Self-care Ability of Patients with Interstitial Lung Disease Treated with Hormones

目的探讨为接受激素治疗的间质性肺病患者应用协同护理模式对其自我护理能力所产生的具体影响。方法于研究中心纳入在我院接受激素治疗的间质性肺病患者80例,病例选取时间范围为2017年2月至2019年4月,以患者所接受护理模式的不同将其分为A、B两组,A组中共包含患者29例,所接受的是常规护理,B组中共包含患者51例,在A组患者所接受护理模式基础上应用协同护理模式,对两组患者护理前后的自我护理能力、自我效能感、服药依从性和生活质量展开观察和对比。结果护理后,B组患者的自我护理技能、健康知识水平、自我概念、自我责任感和总自我护理能力评分皆明显高于A组患者(P<0.05);B组患者的GSES评分为(85.25±2.76)分,明显高于A组患者的(79.27±2.03)分(P<0.05);A组患者的服药依从性为100.00%(51/51),显著高于对照组患者的89.66%(26/29)(P<0.05);B组患者的SF、PF、RE生活质量评分均较A组患者明显更高(P<0.05)。结论将协同护理模式应用于接受激素治疗的间质性肺病患者能有效提升其自我护理能力、自我效能感和服药依从性,并在同时使患者的生活质量得到较大幅度改善。

Objective To explore the specific impact of the application of collaborative nursing model on the self-care ability of patients with interstitial lung disease receiving hormone therapy.Methods Eighty patients with interstitial lung disease who received hormone therapy in our hospital were included in the research center.The time range of case selection was from February 2017 to April 2019.The patients were divided into A and B according to the different care methods they received.Group,a total of 29 patients in group A,receiving routine care,a total of 51 patients in group B,based on the care methods received by patients in group A,the collaborative nursing model was applied to the self-care ability of the two groups of patients before and after care,Self-efficacy,medication compliance and quality of life were observed and compared.Results After care,the self-care skills,health knowledge level,selfconcept,self-responsibility,and total self-care ability scores of group B patients were significantly higher than those of group A(P<0.05).The GSES score of group B patients was(85.25±2.76)points,which was significantly higher(79.27±2.03)points in group A patients(P<0.05).The medication compliance rate of group A patients was 100.00%(51/51),significantly higher than 89.66%(26/29)of control group patients(P<0.05).SF and PF in group B patients,RE quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the collaborative care model to patients with interstitial lung disease receiving hormone therapy can effectively improve their self-care ability,self-efficacy and medication compliance,and at the same time improve the patient's quality of life by a large margin.
