精神科护理人员焦虑和抑郁情绪与工作压力的关系

Relationship between Anxiety and Depression and Work Stress in Psychiatric Nursing Staff

目的分析精神科护理人员焦虑和抑郁情绪与工作压力的关系。方法选择精神科室的护理工作者作为研究对象,共14名。通过对护理人员的负性情绪进行调查,通过对比有负性情绪人员和无负性情绪人员的工作压力源量表评分结果,获得此次研究结果。结果此次受试人员中7例存在焦虑情绪、7例存在抑郁情绪,存在焦虑情绪的人员工作压力源量表评分结果显著高于无焦虑情绪人员,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;存在抑郁情绪人员工作压力源量表评分显著高于无抑郁情绪人员,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。精神科护理人员焦虑和抑郁情绪和工作压力评分结果呈正相关。结论精神科护理人员焦虑和抑郁情绪同岗位工作有着紧密的关系,工作压力越高,负面情绪越严重,临床需加强对精神科护理人员的心理干预。

Objective To analyze the relationship between anxiety,depression and work pressure among psychiatric nurses.Methods A total of 14 nurses in the department of psychiatry were selected as the research objects.The results of this study were obtained by investigating the negative emotions of nursing staff and comparing the scores of the work stress scale of the staff with negative emotions and those without negative emotions.Results Among the subjects,7 cases had anxiety and 7 cases had depression.The score of the stress scale of the staff with anxiety was significantly higher than that of the staff without anxiety,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the work stress scale of the staff with depression was significantly higher than that of the staff without depression,P<0.05.Anxiety and depression were positively correlated with job stress scores of psychiatric nurses.Conclusion There is a close relationship between anxiety and depression of psychiatric nurses and their work.The higher the work pressure is,the more serious the negative emotions are.It is necessary to strengthen the psychological intervention of psychiatric nurses.
