摘要
目的探讨乳腺浸润性癌中磷酸化细胞外信号凋节激酶(P-ERK)与CXC趋化因子配体14(CXCL14)的表达及临床诊断意义。方法收集47份乳腺浸润性癌手术或穿刺活检组织标本及30份癌旁正常乳腺组织标本,采用免疫组化SP法检测标本中的P-ERK与CXCL14表达情况,分析二者的相关性以及二者与乳腺浸润性癌临床病理特征的关系。结果P-ERK在乳腺癌组织中的表达阳性率(53.19%)明显高于正常乳腺组织(10.00%),而CXCL14在乳腺癌组织中的表达阳性率(31.92%)明显低于正常乳腺组织(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,P-ERK与CXCL14的表达呈负相关(r=-0.426,P<0.05)。P-ERK在TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移中的表达阳性率明显高于TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期、无淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CXCL14在TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移中的表达阳性率明显低于TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期、无淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺浸润性癌中P-ERK呈过度表达,而CXCL14表达下调,且二者呈负相关;二者对乳腺浸润性癌的生物学行为有预测价值,对乳腺浸润性癌的诊断有潜在的前景。
Objective To investigate the expression of phosphorylated extracellular signal kinase(P-ERK)and CXC chemokine ligand 14(CXCL14)in invasive breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of P-ERK and CXCL14 was detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 47 samples of invasive breast cancer specimens and 30 samples of adjacent normal breast tissues.The correlation between the two samples and the clinicopathological features of invasive breast cancer was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of P-ERK in breast cancer tissues(53.2%)was significantly higher than that in normal breast tissues(10.0%),while the positive expression rate of CXCL14 in breast cancer tissues(31.9%)was significantly lower than that in normal breast tissues(76.7%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that P-ERK was negatively correlated with CXCL14 expression(r=-0.426,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of P-ERK in TNM Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage and with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in TNM Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage and without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of CXCL14 in TNM Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than that in TNM Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage with no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion P-ERK is overexpressed in invasive breast cancer,while CXCL14 is down-regulated,and the two are negatively correlated.The two methods are valuable in predicting the biological behavior of invasive breast cancer and have potential prospects in the diagnosis of invasive breast cancer.
