老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者围手术期护理效果

目的分析围手术期护理在老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法根据入院单号、双号将2018年1-12月本院接收的100例老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者分为两组,对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=50)分别开展常规护理方案与围手术期护理方案,统计各组并发症发生率、护理满意度,准确记录各组平均住院时间及排气时间。结果研究组并发症发生率及护理满意度分别为6.00%、96.00%,对照组分别为22.00%、82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组住院时间及排气时间均较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者围手术期护理,不仅有助于并发症发生率的降低,而且可缩短治疗时间、排气时间。

Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing on elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis received in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to admission number one and two.The control group(n=50)and the research group(n=50)carried out routine nursing program and perioperative nursing program respectively.The incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction of each group were counted,and average hospitalization time and exhaust time were accurately recorded.Results In terms of the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction,the study group was 6.00%and 96.00%respectively,while the control group was 22.00%and 82.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and exhaust time of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing of elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis can not only reduce the incidence of complications,but also shorten the treatment time and exhaust time.
