精神分裂症护理中的优质护理服务的应用效果

Applied Research on Quality Nursing Services in Schizophrenia Nursing

目的探讨精神分裂症护理中的优质护理服务的应用效果。方法将我院2018年6月至2019年3月收治的90例精神分裂症患者随机进行分组,每组45例。传统护理组对精神分裂症患者在护理中采取常规护理服务措施,优质护理服务组对精神分裂症患者在常规护理服务实施的同时以患者为中心出发制定优质护理措施。比较两组护理满意度,患者对于精神分裂症疾病知识的掌握度以及服药依从性,护理前后阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、生活质量评分及护理纠纷发生情况。结果优质护理服务组患者护理满意度高于传统护理组,P<0.05。优质护理服务组PANSS评分低于传统护理组,P<0.05,优质护理服务组生活质量评分高于传统护理组,P<0.05。优质护理服务组患者对于精神分裂症疾病知识的掌握度以及服药依从性高于传统护理组,P<0.05。优质护理服务组护理纠纷发生率低于传统护理组,P<0.05。结论精神分裂症患者在常规护理服务实施的同时,以患者为中心出发制定优质护理措施可更好的提高患者对疾病的掌握度,并提高服药依从性,从而更好的改善病情和生存质量,减少护理纠纷的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality nursing services in schizophrenia nursing.Methods Ninety patients with schizophrenia from June 2018 to March 2019 were randomized into 45 patients in each group.The traditional nursing group adopts routine nursing service measures for patients with schizophrenia.The quality nursing service team sets the quality of patients with schizophrenia who were coming to our hospital during the routine nursing service.Compare the two groups of schizophrenia care satisfaction rate;the patient's mastery of schizophrenia disease knowledge and medication compliance;PANSS score before and after treatment,quality of life score;nursing disputes.Results The satisfaction rate of schizophrenia in the quality nursing service group was higher than that in the traditional nursing group,P<0.05.The PANSS score of the quality nursing service group was lower than that of the traditional nursing group,P<0.05,and the quality of life score of the quality nursing service group was higher than that of the traditional nursing group,P<0.05.Patients in the quality nursing service group had higher knowledge of schizophrenia disease and medication compliance than the traditional nursing group,P<0.05.The nursing disputes in the quality nursing service group were lower than those in the traditional nursing group,P<0.05.Conclusion At the same time as the implementation of routine nursing services in patients with schizophrenia,the development of quality care measures based on patients can improve the patient's mastery of the disease and improve the compliance of medication,so as to better improve the condition and quality of life,reduce the occurrence of disputes.
